Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you apply for a Saudi eVisa.

1. Data We Collect

Personal identification (name, date of birth, nationality, passport details)
Contact information (email, phone number, residence address)
Travel information (arrival/departure dates, accommodation)
Technical data (IP address, browser, device) for fraud prevention
Photograph in the format required by Saudi authorities

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to process your eVisa application. We transmit the required information to the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs via the official eVisa system. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. Data Retention

Application data is retained for 3 years from the date of application, in accordance with visa processing regulations. You may request deletion after that period.

4. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on secured servers in the European Union. Payment is processed via Stripe and we do not store your card details.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. Send a request to privacy@start.memohi.fr.

6. Cookies

We use only session cookies necessary for the application flow. No tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies are set.
